My investment in ICO is decreasing, first because I don't have enough funds, and second because I think the current ICO market is not worth investing too much because there are too many scams!

Under current market conditions, there must be little investment. Because the price of a coin is not stable and if you experience a decline it will be very far and easy to get a loss. For now, still playing safely and investing fairly. And maybe in December, it will generate a lot of investment.

That depends on your analyzation, there are some icos that reached the hardcap instantly you should try to put icodrop as your main source to get the reliable information about which is ico that will get a lot of hype from the investors and speculators. ico is about a game

I do not invest too much money in ICOs, I usually make bounty if the project is attractive, I will buy them on the decentralized exchange as etherdelta, idex, the price will be slightly cheaper than ICO.
