I checked newzoneex site and to be honest I couldn't find any match with other projects and plagiarism and link to whitepaper leads to nowhere.

On the other hand, this is perfect example why it is always good to archive everything. They changed some details on site and probably they will do the same with they whitepaper and very likely they will come here to say that their writer made mistake and they didn't see it/that this was part of template/insert any other excuse. I don't have any reason to trust someone who is blatant plagiarist and stealing other people's work.

They already have change everything they plagiarized in their website and they have removed any links of their whitepaper which only means the scam projects will still continue and they will probably upload an updated whitepaper in the future. Even though they are now tagged by marlboroza they are still trying to save their scam project by providing a google drive link in their latest post hoping to convince their project is not a fraud. I have tried visiting the google drive link and it only shows computerized documents/reports but the chances are this are fake reports showing false data.

A company with that net worth won't do such thing, these kinds of mistake won't even happen as they will surely have some screening process happening with the outsourced work. Which is funny as outsourcing your whitepaper and the content of your website is not possible as it should be within a special department inside their company like an ICO development department. Another reason why I think that their excuse is flawed is they have a "Team" for their token sale yet they chose to "outsource" their whitepaper as well as their site's content which is really suspicious.

We are not experienced in ICO and that is why hired an expert to handle ICO operations while we concentrated on building the commodity trading platform. The team mentioned in the website have more than 80 years of combined experience in commodities trading and are working actively on the development of the platform. However, ICO is a different ball game.  We believe in creating a revolution in commodities trading. Now we have our own team working on the Whitepaper and website has been changed with our own content. We are left red-faced here and are looking to build our reputation again. We will strive hard to earn back the reputation of the community.

We should have done more due diligence into this. However, we were working with one of the biggest blockchain development and ICO marketing companies in the world and trusted them blindly. We thought that their service would be better and have been left red-faced. We have sent all details about the company to you(in the mail) including the Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Statements so that you could go through it and see that this is not a scam. We are open to scrutiny from the community and are ready to answer any questions you or the community may have and keep answering every question so that we can restore our reputation. We understand the concerns of the community and would like to fight back and earn back our reputation with the help of the community.

Stealing someone else's works, in your case, you copied almost word by word someone else's whitepaper is considered FRAUDULENT/SCAM.

There is no better word to define your ICO, a pure SCAM ICO.

You stole someone's work, and after we pointed out to you and call you a Scammers, you blamed someone else and  you decided to fix the problems. But unfortunately (or fortunately) we will not change our opinion about your ICO. SCAMMERS don't deserve a second chance.
