i think soft cap has been reached because  before change STO  eqwity soft cap has been reached.The development already started Stay tuned, you'll be informed when eqwity be listed on exchanges but if hardcap i don't know

I don't think Eqwity listed will be a problem as long as the EQY tokens are first entered into the exchange and can be known to everyone so that they have trading volume.
