Whales in crypto market is certainly true. Whales are big time investor in crypto market who we're able to get value of crypto in low price  and they can definitely affect market movement specially when they started to dump that will cause a plunge.

Totally agree with you, however it's still questionable, to what extent can they manipulate the market, as doing daytrading with such amounts is an extremely risky business for the whales themselves.

I personally believe whales is exist although i still cannot provide the evidence that they are really exist but with these high of volatility from crypto market then i think whales are controlling the market and until whenever they will do that to get their own benefit and the whales always be give strong influence from their movement that for upcoming dumped or pumped

Big whales come together and decide if they want to buy new ICO or some coin at the lowest price and then due to high volume of purchasing the price quickly starts to rise due to their buying volume and as a result on high price they exit the market by making money.

Handling emotions is really important especially when whales attacked the market With their powers. This is an old issue but really true. Whales are always there, waiting for the right timing to do their job and claim all the wins for sure.

Yap they are real but I just don't agree that they are all early adopters. Some could be formed in the last 2-3 years. Whales are just like importers and trader who hoards supplies to increase the demand and it's price so basically those whales exist in every industry where they can easily manipulate with their money.

There are two types of whales the one you were talking about was just the basic type of whale while the other one are those who knows how to play the game. Of course if they can dump the price they can easily pump it up also when they wanted to and when some of the smaller traders goes with the flow then the impact is really high.

The concept of whales is not limited to individuals. Some companies are considered big whales such as[ Coinbase & Bitman.] and some wallets which can play this role.
In the end, the goal is to achieve interests even if this causes some harm. Just like what happened with Bitcoin at the end of last year, "Spamming network for BCH" or companies trying to change it into a central currency and operating as an international bank. "Coinbase, ETF"  Or conservative do not want to support the market to reduce prices.
So whales are there, and they can change some rules of the game.

Exactly when they know how to take advantage of their asset they can play the game. Everything that those whales decides are affecting the market whether we like it or not.

Market is directly or indirectly influenced by the presence of these big whales. Usually they hold a good percentage of market share and therefore that has a bearing on the prices of the market. They have an influential role in the market.

P.S.: It is difficult to identify these people but secretly or in whatever way, they tend to affect the market!

The whales still waiting for the best time to makes the price increase and perhaps, some of them trying to lift the price step by step. And if the right time comes, then the price will start to increase. They don't tell anybody when they move but if we can analyze the market, I think we can see that they are trying to break every higher price.
