What happened: SCAM ICO - COPYING ANOTHER PROJECT

Scammers Website: https://rightsico.pw/

It appears that RIGHTSICO copied PATENTICO project  (https://patentico.io/en-index.html)
Also they removed links to the member's profile.

The team is also on this ICO:
http://top-insta.ru/

We had this posted on the Investigation Board and bellow are some comments received:

Is this considered a scam?
Not sure about the left one (PATENTICO, you might want to do some background checks and other stuff on it) but the right one (RIGHTSICO) is clearly a rip-off:

Fake (RIGHTSICO):
  • Content are formatted in a very unprofessional way.
  • Lacks most of the animation effects (in comparison to "PATENTICO").
  • Some parts are just "edited screenshots" from the other one.
  • Their "twitter page", is already suspended.

Either it's a rip-off, or the same company between both.

I did notice they are both using the same tracking image pixel ID:

Code:
<noscript><div><img src="https://mc.yandex.ru/watch/49086615" style="position:absolute; left:-9999px;" alt="" /></div></noscript>

Might've been a mistake on one of the developers part not to remove it. Now I don't know if Yandex would disallow from certain hosts (or if the original owner set that up), but both seem to be tracking to Yandex without any problems as far as I can tell.

Looking up the team members: they report Patentico as their job:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/roman-blaginykh-440a11165/

Seems like Patentico is the original
