It will be the impact of reduction in the price of bitcoin.Now the price of bitcoin is again started to increase.So we can expect the huge raise again in the price of bitcoin and Ethereum.If you have ETH in your wallet,just hold your Ethereum with patience.In two or three days,the price of bitcoin and Ethereum will get back to old price. |

Bitcoin fell around 3-4% and as always altcoins perform worse, ETH was not alone in this, most of the top 100 coins had losses in double figure percentages or close to it. I don't think there's anything particular behind it just normal market movements. |

If you will go around the forum, you will see people talking about the stocks meltdown on Thursday that affected not just the US stocks market but EU and Japan as well. So we can say that stock and crypto market is somewhat correlated. So you might see a significant drop on both bitcoin and altcoins markets, however, its the alts that suffered the most, bitcoin around 3%-5% down, but like you mentioned Ethereum went as high as 10% yesterday. But it looks like they're all green now so you don't need to panic.

Yes but ETH was dropping too much we compared to other alts. Seems now ETH is behaving like other alts. It used to not drop that much |

Yes but ETH was dropping too much we compared to other alts. Seems now ETH is behaving like other alts. It used to not drop that much now the market is unpredictable, even for a solid cryptocurrency such as ethereum my friend i think ethereum try to find a bottom price,,  |

Still no news.
Just surf around the forum and you'll see the same questions as you do. It is not only for ethereum but most of the alts now are also suffering. Around $12B-$20B has been wipe out within the said day of the dip. Don't panic as usual tip for everyone that's very disappointed with the situation.

Hard and difficult what is the reason of price dropping of ethereum at the coinmarketcap, even the bitcoin price will drop fast. I think one of the major reason of this fast dropped this week are affect your f eth fail of approval, but need to worry for sure the price will go on again and the celebration coming soon. |

The market has fallen sharply today due to the sharp drop in the stock market. So other markets and especially the cryptocurrency are considerably affected. ETH's exchange rate has dropped by more than 10% in just one day. But I believe that is only temporary because at the end of the year ETH rates will recover. |

The bad news has come from US and that was giving a lot of fear in the market. Another bad news about ETF will come next month and it could give another big drop again dude, You can see that how it becomes worst and worst because so many bad news have already happened. These news give a lot of impact to the ethereum holders. |

Read it couple of places that this latest selloff may be due to traders raising cash to meet margin calls in stock market selloff. May be over hopefully.

You're wrong OP, BTC moved down as well like the others. See market went down yesterday and more or less than $10B down in overall marketcap. If you are a trader you can still see the bright side of this situation as if you will check yesterday there are coins/tokens that pumped. Ex. INS BAT MTH DNT  |

yes, nothing significant with the market. just the usual up and down. the trend behavior in eth market is the same as most of the other major altcoins or tokens. |

Someone with a lot of capital is trying to manipulate the price only to buy a lot cheaper. New investors are very sensible for such manipulations, and sell coins very cheap. What is happening means only that soon the price will go to space! |
