Just to ask, why you would really tend to use up unknown exchangers yet there are lots of better top ranking exchange like binance to make trades? as i have seen that you trade up BTC,ETH & LTC which is available
on better exchangers.

They replied you out about hacking incident of your account either thats a truth thing or just an alibi of that shady exchange.You wont really have any choice but to move on because tracking them wont still give you justice.

But I can only warn urgently not to fall into the same tramp as I did! (Don't send them any money, which they demand to allegedly help you with your problem!)

to be honest, I first heard of Tradeogre. I went to their Twitter social media account and what I saw was that they were no longer active, it was very risky to trade on an exchange that didn't have a good reputation
