It's very funny anytime i see people making references to the slow network of bitcoin and in terms of transactions on its network. Some even go to extent of saying that bitcoin network will collapse once all its blocks are fully mined but anytime these same people request payment from their dealers they want it in bitcoin. hahaha I guess even Vitalik Buterin accepts payments ONLY in BTC. There is no argument in denying that bitcoins is king in cryptocurrency, that is the reason most ICOs that has turned out to be even competitor to bitcoins accept bitcoins as mode of payment in their crowdsale. Bitcoins is not something one can do away with it as long as you trade.

The reward for completed blocks had been steadily reducing over the years. And when all bitcoin is mines, miners would have to be content with transaction fees. I don't think this would cause a collapse.

What every the theory or technical details you can give but still BTC will be the leading coin for all altcoins. The main reason is that it is open source and no one is controlling and almost all coins are valued in BTC. Even after so many years other projects are too good but even then they cannot over come BTC in any terms. All other coins are controlled by their respective developer or their running projects but if developer stop working on the projects then automatically the coins will be dead but in BTC it is not like that as BTC itself is a currency which dont need any projects as it is used as currency for all projects.

Of course in business people will accept payment and most recognized coin so I have no doubt that bitcoin is the King and will remain the dominant coin and more business will start accepting it as means of payment. Yes it might be slow as compare to other altcoin with thousands of TPS. But we just have to wait for LN to be implemented to make bitcoin one of the fastest out there and compete with altcoins.

it is very interesting behavior by altcoin bag holders that they started giving value to what the Chinese government says only because they published a ranking which put certain altcoins (the they bag hold) on a higher rank than bitcoin.
and before this everyone was of a single mind saying Chinese government is evil of course that was another case of being extreme but the change is funny.

For me, bitcoin is a great transaction tool owned, and I'm not against bitcoin nor consider the bitcoin bit. For those who fight bitcoin but still hope to be bitcoin then that's a negative and embarrassing action, they should be out there not in this forum.
