Advice for all: never tell your bank anything they don't need to know. If they ask, make up a story.

I deal with BDO, Landbank, SecurityBank, HSBC, BPI, BPI Family, BPI Direct, Robinsons, RCBC, all the pawnshops, all the pera padala, even cell phone loads of Globe, Smart and their smaller companies.

I use both coins.ph and rebit.ph as well as some international exchanges in Asia, in Europe, and in North America.

The few times the banks have asked for info, I just tell them I have a job, and that's where I put my money, pambayad ng bills, pambayad ng credit cards.

Never say crypto, never say bitcoin, never say litecoin, never say ethereum, never say pinoycoin or whatever-coin. I don't deposit "coins", I deposit checks or bills or electronic transfers.

Walang problema except 400k pesos per day limit ko sa coins. and 500k pesos per day limit sa rebit.

Withdrawing tayo from COINS.PH papuntang bangko.
Una merong rules about 10AM si coins.PH this is because CASH ang idedeposit nila sa bangko talaga.
I am not sure kung may tao silang pinagdedeposit or through online account nila.

During the interview I was asked about my sources of income and the interviewer asked me if I am involved with Bitcoin and similar things and I honestly said yes but pointed out that this account is for PayPal and not for cryptocurrency transactions.

Ang reason na binigay ng interviewer is that the Central Bank has warned them about Bitcoin and similar business transactions as banks are not authorized to handle the same and if ever I am caught depositing or sending money from Bitcoin encashment to my account then the bank can forfeit the same money that's why the warning.

Totoo rin ata to sa iba pang bangko lalo na yung mga sikat at malalaki though I was able to deposit money to my Metrobank account before from Coins.Ph.

I never had open bank account kasi maliit lang din naman kininkita ko sa crypto but now i have an idea if ever mag open ako ng account. Usually, I used remittance to withdraw my fund from Coins.ph kahit na may fee mabilis ang transaction d tulad ng bank matatagalan kapa sa pag transact lalo na pag hollidays.

so far good ang BPI, nakakapag encash pa ako sa kanila.

This is true but not the "forfeit" thing. Makukuha mo pa din siya as long as may mga docs ka mag papatunay sayo yung pera. I have a friend from BDO and manager siya doon, ni clarify niya sa akin ito.

On my experience, I did also make up a story but not that convincing so I end up telling the truth para mas madali. Ang problema ko po kasi sa "story" ko is hinahanapan ako ng kaunting proof and wala akong proof na maipakita, all I got was remittance center receipts which come from coins.ph.

Kailangan pabang mag submit ng form or proof?

Bitcoin is not a source of income.

Philippine Pesos is not a source of income.

Cash is not a source of income.

Coins is not a source of income. (Unless you melt them.)

A source of income is from employment, or from profits running a business.
