It all depends on the country of residence. In my country there are many exchange offices that can sell you a large amount of bitcoins anonymously.Such exchange offices are in all big cities. All you need to do to find such exchange offices is just go to Google search engine and make a request.

Your best choice to buy bitcoin without showing any identity is to buy here in forum from other members but it will be hard for you to buy it all at once because no one will trust you that easy so you need to work for it first try to buy little by little from other members then be a good and fast payer Im sure there are some people here willing to help you.

Since staying anonymous is your primary requirement, the best advice will be dealing over the counter or meeting the seller in private.

Visit your local P2P exchange and you can make a deal over the counter or in person if the seller resides locally.

The best option I can suggest is visiting https://localbitcoins.com/ to make a deal.

P.S - Search Google more on P2P exchange, before investing. Check for DO's and Dont's. Do your own research.

Conclusion, you must be a spammy bounty hunter trying to meet the post word limit or it's a habit Grin this kind of attitude is not needed on forum please.

Not a bad hunch, but this guy doesn't have a signature so he can't be a "spammy bounty hunter".

The question is a good one. And given that the two prevailing answers here are (1) KYC, AML, etc. or (2) LocalBitcoins dot com it seems we've found an opportunity in the market to make acquisition and ownership more of a secret. There's a viable above board market for such a service. People should have to resort to local bitcoins or escrow from one of the three escrow players on this forum.

Why aren't there more secure mobile formats for acquiring bitcoin?

It depends on how quickly you need to obtain those coins. The best way is to funnel your cash into a bitcoin atm machine, only problem is daily limits and high fees

To be properly anonymous you'll need to pay with cash. That means paying someone in person, and probably winding up in a bag somewhere, or depositing it in someone's bank account and the bank will make sure you end up in a bag instead considering the amounts at play.

By paying in cash or going to the bank depositing the fund has actually revealed such person identity and that violated his/her motive to go anonymous. I think the best way to do that is to register on the most good exchanges like Bittrex, Binance, Polonix etc.  Though he might not be able to buy less than below 1BTC if he doesn't do KYC and even if KYC is done, he might not be able to buy more than 2-5BTC a day. That means he has to wait a little long before he could buy the really amount he wanted to buy.

That will not work, at least Poloniex and their new policy don't allow anon users anymore.

I not sure if local bitcoins allow it, but if i would like to do that i think the right way would be:

1.-Download TOR.
2.-Open an account on Localbitcoins.
3.-Make a deal for Cash.
4.-Meet with the seller, bring the cash and give him your btc addy.

By the way, if you really want to be anon, i recommend you to not use bitcoin, you should better use Monero or Zcash.
This will probably work but you are not yet anonymous I can add step # 5.  after receiving your btc from the seller find a bitcoin mixing service using a tor browser for a more secure transactions then create another third party wallet for the mixed bitcoin this time it will be very hard to trace where it come from always use tor browser and vpn for your transactions.

Buy from someone in the forum with escrow.

Probably there are no platforms that allows you to buy bitcoins anonymously like before but i think an offline option is still there.
Visit any bitcoin ATM and buy using your debit card, some ATM's donesn't require you to reveal your face or identity, try this option
But how about the fee?

Well you need to reveal yourself if you find the closest option is to meet someone personally and buy directly to him/her.

Hello,

For this large amount of btc I would only see step by step purchase on exchanges but for the most famous one that will have the volume to stay in reasonable price I think it is not possible anymore to be anonymous due to KYC procedure.

There are offline exchangers with which you can purchase cryptocurrency, remain completely incognito. You can find such exchangers on special listing services.

Though it is difficult to  buy that ammount of cryptocurrency while being anonymus, it is not impossible. There are some exchange service through whom, you can remain anonymous and buy 15-20 coins without any apparent problems.

If you really want to buy Bitcoin 15-20, you should choose the best trading platform such as Binance, Kucoin, Bitfinex and other trading platforms. You can deposit your TUSD on these exchanges for a higher level of security and avoid being detected. Trading from 3-4 different trading floors.

you can do P2P transaction you can contact a person who is also willing to deal with you and you can hire and escrow for it to ensure a smooth transaction 15-20 btc is huge so you really need a service of an escrow.

A large quantity would be in question as there are a lot of factors to consider regarding such a transaction but, if you're looking into purchasing Bitcoins there are exchanges such as Luno, coinbase etc that might fit the criteria you're trying to meet. There are various options to choose from but do be careful which you choose as it doesn't hurt to be careful.

Most of the reliable exchanges nowadays requires KYC informations so if you purchase from there, you can't remain absolutely untraceable. That leaves you the only option which is buy in person.

Purchasing bitcoin through exchanges without revealing identity is a tough job to do. Popular exchanges need KYC for the validation. I can recommend using Monero or Zcash if you want the complete anonymity.

already today, a lot of exchange offices that can give you anonymity. But not all countries have them. This will begin with what country you are from. Next, how quickly you need them. You can buy them for cash. But beware of scams
