He gave me his account as a guarantee. Now he is not active here neither in bitsler.
I know account trading is wrong in the forum but please guide what to do with it.

I don't know what you should do with the account as I despise account trading. You shouldn't have taken that deal..

Legendary account holder doesnt mean that they are all perfect even they have much knowledge when it comes to crypto but when gambling addiction hits you then expect
these kind of decisions would really be plausible.The wrong thing here is that why did you grant his request of loan and having a collateral of this Legendary account.
If you do tend to sell it then its still useless.Why? it would really be tagged and that account would be useless even if you post on scam accusations board finding this user would be impossible.

That is why don't trust anyone here on the forum because even high rank with high trusted score could scam anyone for bitcoin.
The worst thing here is it is not allowed to sell BTCtalk account here on the forum you can receive negative trust if you sell the account.

Anyway, how many days that he hasn't contacted you? Maybe he is busy these days that is why he's not active/online and wait for more days before you doing anything you want to the account.
The best you can do is to make a new thread in scam accusation and post the Bitsler account, forum account UID and the conversation between you and him as a proof that you deal with him. So, that DT members can tag him.

Anyway,posting here about your issue is pointless.You should contact a Bitcointalk forum moderator and tell him about this legendary member's account nickname.Is it a problem for you to reveal the legendary account nickname here?The mods should block this account and maybe try to track the account owner by using the account info(email or previous posts).Perhaps this legendary account is hacked.

There's also a possibility that OP bought an account and is trying to make it look like the account was a collateral. He could be hoping that people will say that since he did not buy it he can use it as his own from now. I'm not saying that it happened, only that it could have.
If what you're telling us is true I'd take the account and use it to earn back some of that lost loan. Don't sell it. What if the owner comes back?

gamblers sometimes cannot control what they do, sadly
he certainly didn't mean to scam you if he gave you his legendary account , but seems like he lost and cannot get the money to get it back
or as I said, could have some real life problems, things happen
I would just wait if he returns, if this dude disappeared for good, well then it is up to you how to recover your loss

You accept the deal meaning you are also interested in that account.

You don't know the account owner by any means so the deal is already finished and even you complaint here no one can help you. Even setting up a scam accusation wont help because who will be tagged here?  Wait, the account should be tagged then.
