in my opinion, the first time is America, because the majority of the population there on average are familiar with digital currencies, and even lower-class people are already taking what bitcoin is. Whereas in China I am not too sure about it ... !!

Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency so it's hard to see any government for that matter legalizing it or claiming sole rights to it.

Maybe the first who really legalize bitcoin is the US because I heard some news who banning bitcoin will not good. But I hope more country will legalize bitcoin so we can pump again bitcoin.  No more country ban bitcoin but they will leglize, accept and adapt bitcoin to have more investor of bitcoin to pimp again the value.

Just curious which one would be more accepting of bitcoin or any cryptocurrency for that matter. China nowadays seem to headline a lot about artificial intelligence and other technology. They are also promoting a cashless society. So I am betting on China.
Feel free to contradict. This is just me overthinking. Maybe, neither would even legalize it in the future. Or perhaps countries would create their own crypto?
Well I think it was China if the China legalized it in their country it will have a big impact in the market because one of the big investor is came from China they are one of the group that has a huge amount of bitcoin hold or let say almost half of bitcoin was there in their country although they not legalized it and as far as I know bitcoin was not ban in their country just the ICO.

The US government already allow the use of Bitcoin currency and China is not finish of regulating it therefore i could say too that US is the most friendly in talking if Crypto currency between these two powerful country. Here is the link for our common understanding of which countries in favor of Bitcoin or not https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Legal_status_of_bitcoin_(new).png.

if the choice is only China and USA, I will choose USA, seeing the track record of China, which several times banned crypto especially bitcoin makes people doubt about this. USA will probably be the first among the two of them, but not in the near future, because they are currently focused on their country's currency (dollars) which continues to strengthen every month. seeing the trade war between the two countries, even though USA was the first to legalize crypto, if it had a positive impact, I was sure that China would soon legalize crypto.

in my opinion, it is we who will first legalize BTC as a virtual payment instrument in their country, because from what we know, Chine is currently still carrying out very strict regulations on cryptocurrency in its country, I don't know whether their reasons for reducing fraud with cryptocurrency or want payment with money to be safer, or even they want to make cryptocurrency themselves

I think the acceptance <As a currency> in the USA will happen in segments from State to State and not in the USA as the whole. America is too divided to do this all at once.  Roll Eyes

I doubt if China will ever accept Bitcoin as a currency, because their government is over protective of their currency and also over their economy. <They want total control over everything and Bitcoin is seen as a threat to their control >  Roll Eyes

So my bet is on the USA.  Tongue

If I have to choose, than USA. Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, which is very far away from a communist country, who actually keeps the value of national currency low purposely, to support export.

China is on way to localize digital assets. US would not lose its economical power and dollar useage in international trades. It is vital for the US to keep the dollar number one. I think China seems likely, but US government may suddenly change its attitude if it can find a way to make Bitcoin in their control.

none of the them will, if they got left behind they will just create their own form of digital assers and market it to the public, we expect that them to legalize it they are the top predator in the financial system, but they can never defeat bitcoin though

I think it will be in America, because China has very strict legislation, and besides, their country has secrecy.

I will give my vote to United States and I strongly believe that they will be the first country who will legize bitcoin before China. United States always wanted not to be left behind in terms of technology and level of wealth. Bitcoin once considered as valuable than Bitcoin and if you do some research, United States always using their power to get what they wanted.

It seems to me that the first will do it all the same to the USA because China is very far from it and he is a very strong opponent of cryptocurrency at the moment

China, in this case, is a little more advanced than other developing countries even like America in terms of blockchain technology, even China has made its own coins with its NEO to provide a new touch of digital payment technology in the world, especially in Asia. I think China will develop technology like this in the future because they know how to prospect this technology in the future.

Both are very strong market bodies and their role in recent development and economy balancing/uplift have been nearly shoulder to shoulder. But I feel that the United States will likely take up its legalization and integration in their market. I feel that America will want to remain the leading market in the global Economy and remain strong in the face of the earth. So this might happen for them faster than it will happen for China. But if China makes the move before US, then I won't be surprised because China is also trying and really fighting to change the world's power from US to their soil.

The US is not profitable to legalize Bitcoin, because it can replace the dollar in the global market.

China legalizes earlier. Wink
