What do I request?

Part of the money I paid. I paid $55 for USA ebay and paypal accounts. I'm asking $27.5 and I think is fair because this guy is a newbie with Paypal. He even thinks VCC and VBA is the same. lol

Let's start from the begining. I've just bought a Paypal and Ebay account from this guy. Ebay is just fine until now, I don't have problem with it. The problem is Paypal which is fucked up and he knows that but however doesn't want to give a refund because he just wants easy money like potential scammers.

What he sells on his website (https://sellingaccounts.store/product/original-package/) it's a 100% verified USA Paypal account.

All of you should know what means a 100% verified Paypal. It means verified by PHONE, EMAIL, VCC and VBA and in some cases SSN and ID but these don't matter now.
So when I bought it instead of receving this, I just received a paypal only with email and VCC attached. So I asked him why of this? He said USA Paypal only need VCC to get verified? lol He said he's working with Paypal like 2 years and it will be fine only with VCC attached? Lol. USA Paypal need VBA to verify and he doesn't even know, so their Paypal accounts are not 100% verified as he said.
And then I realized the VCC attached was a free from Entropay, which everyone know this VCC have been used too much with Paypal and could have problem with it. But then again he didn't want to refund. Well I just stopped asking and gave it a try and started selling on Ebay using this Paypal.

And here comes the important. After selling 3 items on Ebay, paypal limited my account asking for ID. Only received $6 in my Paypal account lol. Then I asked him for advice and he told me digital items are forbidden from Ebay. So how many people sell the same item on Ebay? Hundreds. How I have another account selling the same item without get limited? Yes, I have another account selling the same item, same listing and have sold many. He didn't know how to answer and just stopped replying.

Btw he doesn't give warranty for Paypal, giving the excuse he doesn't know how buyers use their Paypal account but I only used on Ebay lol. He knows their paypal accounts are weak and get limited easily. Those only have useless VCC attached and email. So it's easy to make paypal asked for documents on these accounts because are weak and not verified 100%.

I think it's fair to ask the half of the money $27.5 because:
1. It's not a 100% verified paypal as he swears.
2. Entropay VCCs are really fucked up for Paypal and easy to get limited any account.
3. Weak Paypal for selling on Ebay as I said before It's not full verified.

First, thanks for posting our conversation, you just saved my time. You don't show proofs, you have only uploaded our conversation Lol. Everybody can look at it and see I'm looking for a refund because you're newbie making paypal accounts and you know. There's nothing to see there. So don't try to fool people by posting large screenshoots.
You haven't answered my questions neither and that's why I'm asking for a refund:

1. It's not a 100% verified paypal as he swears.
2. Entropay VCCs are really fucked up for Paypal and easy to get limited any account.
3. Weak Paypal for selling on Ebay as I said before It's not full verified.

Before you using PayPal read our Guide, where you can learning which items are risky, brand, digital etc. We can not control PayPal system and your activity. WE HAD OVER 50 CLIENTS AND OVER 100 ACCOUNTS IN PAST 2 MONTHS AND PROBLEM IS ONLY 2% CLIENTS!!!

About selling digital items. As I said I'm selling the same item, same listing on another account so again don't try to fool people by saying that. Also we're talking about Paypal here, Not Ebay!

HE JUST BANNED ME FROM HIM SERVICES ONLY BECAUSE I ACCUSED HIM FOR MAKING WEAK PAYPAL ACCOUNTS AND SELL IT AS 100% VERIFIED! Lol

So BUYER if you ever have some problem with him and if you post it on forum, you will get banned? Lol That's how you treat your buyers!
