Awards for participating in the bounty campaign are calculated until December 27.
3. Do the signature campaign participants have to fill info about telegram username, or not? (It is not clear in registration form)
It was very clear, because we had an option "not required".

4. Signature campaign rule: "The end of the week is Sunday, 23:59 (GMT+0). Reports must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the end of the week. If you really need any report - how participans have to do it?
Sorry, not simpe moment too. In previous campaigns I had the same questions, because people do the same things in Facebook and Twitter.
As you say posts are in the history of every participant, so "no-reporting" will not be a problem. Only registration in the spreadsheet
