So you'll run straight into a bounty
Wear a signature
Then start spamming BD and AD section..

It's no longer that easy anymore,youll have to start from square one again,delete your spam posts and start contributing to our forum.

To give OP a straight answer (and not a good hazing, which is what he really deserves):  you'll rank up to Jr. Member when you get at least 1 merit.  Obviously you missed the big kerfuffle a couple of weeks back when Theymos made that a requirement.  All the Jr. Members who hadn't yet earned a merit got busted back down to Newbie rank.

Yeah, of course.  Obviously OP doesn't do much reading or else he would have figured out that the rules have changed, or else he was on vacation when the new change went into effect.

Good luck trying to get a merit in either one of those sections, BTW.  Last time I visited either BD or AD there weren't many posts getting merited despite there being hundreds of posts per thread, sometimes thousands.

This user just seems to enjoy spamming multiple sections to ask the same question over and over again, he asked the exactly same question on the Chinese local board again after starting a thread in meta, he also made a post in End of newbie restrictions; ban changes too, I am so glad the forum have finally implemented the merit system onto Jr. member rank, it would at least made these spammers be stuck with the newbie rank for some time before a kind soul would award them with that 1 merit in order for them to promote to Jr. member.

The system has been updated already. For being a Jr member, you need to have 1 merit.

I don't understand why is there a need for these people to keep on spamming the forum with so many similar threads when members of this forum have already given him the proper answer about the new merit requirement for newbie to promote to Jr. member.

Maybe it's been a long you login to the forum or maybe not paying enough attention to the recent happenings in the forum.

You are on meta section at least spend some little time to read the section and know what's happening on the forum, looking at the meta section you will find nothing less than 5 topics on the question you are asking. Just take enough time and read, you will learn more and it will benefit you.
