Hi there, since this morning kraken.com suspended the possibility to withraw funds (either in BTC or Euro).
There was no explanation or anything, just the website that seems to be very slow. When I tried to log in eventually I got in after 10 minutes and saw that withdrawing funds was suspended.
Anyone knows what's going on at kraken?  (Don't tell me I got gox'ed by storing my funds there for 24 hours for a trade... )

If you're trying to transfer fiat you should know that it usualy takes a day or so for the founds to arrive.

Ok, funds seem to work again.  The service to withdraw was temporarily disabled it seems.

It worked perfectly for me, smooth and quick SEPA transfer, was so impressed in the context of the gox drama, although the amount was small, but so far only positives

Today I wish Kraken would still have disabled the ability to withdraw. I had someone break into my Kraken account yesterday, transfer all digital currencies to either Litecoin or Bitcoin and withdraw everything. No response from Kraken Support yet. 20 hours now. I notified them about 2 hours after it had happened.

Sad for your lost, I assume you didn't set a double password anthentification or a two step authentification right? if you don't have at least a two step authentification I doubt they can do much

Thanks man, I have already accepted the fact that my money is gone. All I can do now is draw lessons out of it and be happy it was not that much that was stolen.

You are absolutely right, I should have set up two step authentication for account login, withdrawal and trading.

However, I am still expecting something from Kraken other than nothing. I still have no reply from them. I am talking absolutely nothing, just the automatically generated email to my support ticket. Given that my account was broken into, I would like to know if they where able to access my personal information, like my driver licence which I once uploaded to achieve Tier 3 Captain verification status.

_If_ the answer to my question "How where they able to break in" is "It's the account owners fault", I would still like to have some kind of report about the possible damage done. I would think that filling a ticket under "Account Security" would prompt them to send me _some_ kind of reply, even if its just a message that unfortunately my money is gone but my questions and uncertainty is being looked into.
