Nice innovation by the team but I have a question to ask:
Is this project related to the telegram bot pirate cash or pirate bay?  I have heard people complain about that bot that's why I wanted to know but I am sure you may be different developers though.

With proof of stake, will I be required to use some higher equips to partake?

Telegram and pirate are different things. Our goal is an instant messenger without centralized servers and its prototype is already working.

However, since your platform is based on a PoS work, so how does this PoS do to the instant messenger? If you want to send a message then you have to stake or send coins? like that? Pls explain me.

For using messages you don't need have a coins. Here you can see prototype of messenger https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIV12SIerV4 (I did online presentation) and you can check it in Pirate interface
