it's been more than 24 hours since I made a Zuflo Coin (ZFL) deposit on the Zedxe exchanger, my shipping status on etherscan has been successful, but the token is not included in the balance on my exchanger account, what should I do? did i lose my token?

try to contact support, sometimes if there is a pending, they are maintenance, or the number of transactions that occur at the same time so that it makes it pending. I have also experienced it, but calm down if your transaction has been recorded in etherscan, it will definitely in.

I have contacted the admin in the telegram group, they last answered that I had to wait 24 hours, my transaction was indeed recorded on etherscan, and had entered the deposit address provided by the exchanger. Hopefully this will be fast

Actualy i've been experience also pending transaction like yours,when im doing transaction in  my exchanges trading site's  and its takes  into three day's and when i found out the reason theres a traffic happen in the block chain because of kitten problem,therefore all i can do is waited  when the pending transaction of my trading been completed.

I think they have a lot of issues in the beginning. If this is not solved then I advise you to open up scam accusations against them to call their attention.

Contact with admin zedxe exchanger , Send txid etherscan for admin and wait 10 minute answer of admin .

I'm not sure about the tokens you transfer though, they might or might not credited it to your account. Well lets just say that at least you learn your lessons here not to trust any new exchange and at least do your research here in the community.

They promised you that they are going to process it within 24 hours right? you'll see on how things will go after that. I'm not familiar with that zedxe exchange because they are new.

Sorry for presuming but it seems like a scam. Mainstream ones are expensive, so coin/token developers tend to go towards new exchanges, and they take advantage of this gullibility.

This sound like a bad position for you. Have you ever deposited in this exchange already or is this your first time? Just wait and give at least 24 hours more and look what happens. If not then the suggestion for scam accuse is a good idea, but I dont think theres anything you can so.

I never use that site, and I never heard this coin too. Did you double check the wallet address and make sure that you send in the right wallet? Maybe you need to contact the support system as the other member gives the same suggestion. I hope that you can solve your problem and your token can arrive in the destination wallet.

Do not panic my friend, once my deposit was pending two days. IF your etherscan shows that transaction comlpeted, you should just wait for your coins. However if I won't get your coin in 2-3 days you must write to supprt with decsription of your problem.

If your transaction has been getting even a single confirmation and that means if your transaction has already delivered to the receiver's address. that looks like the scammers are not crediting your token into your account and that's it. they are creating an exchange to avoid there will be a lot of investors will take a lot of legal action against them.

You will not lose your token as long as it is printed on etherscan, there may be a problem with the exchange, you must contact the team from Zedxe, via email, or other media, such as online chat, submit your complaint, if there are still no answers, do it repeatedly, I've experienced this, but in another exchange, and don't forget to include the etherscan link from your wallet as proof that the token has entered

Do the tokens that have succeeded in the etherscan have the possibility of a scam? if yes, that is very painful, losing the token is the biggest risk that can be experienced at this time, an unfavorable position, but it is not too disappointing if the token comes from a bounty

I have never heard of this exchange Zedxe. I went to their site and it is not credible. Is Zuflo Coin (ZFL) the coin of the exchange itself? and apparently nowhere to be traded except this exchange. Maybe there is a minimum deposit and you have not seen it at many exchanges. Those support you need to write immediately.

just three pairs for trading with zero vloume it look like it is a new excahnge and there is a possibility that maybe it is scam be aware ask support to return your money
