Asus R9 280X DirectCU II Display driver crash

I am using two Asus R9 280X crads for mining and if i use some specific setting my display drivers crash after that hash rate suddenly drops to 200kh/s

Details

Card Model:- Asus R9 280X DirectCU II

Driver Packaging Version:- 13.251-131206a-166389C-ATI

Catalyst Version:-13.12

Operating Syatem:- Windows 8.1 64bit

Some extra information

If i use the following settings it is working without any display drivers crash but i am getting 700kh/s per card

Code:

-I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192

If i use the following setting display drivers are crashing after 10-15min but that time i am getting 760 kh/s

Code:

-I 13 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8191 --lookup-gap 0 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1500

Can you please let me know how to get best hash rate without crashing display drivers.

Stable setting for me (undervolted to 1.137v):

thread-concurrency 8191
gpu-memclock 1500
gpu-engine 1108
gpu-powertune -20

I'm using the modified scrypt130511.cl from Zuikkis: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=6058.msg96647#msg96647

This is giving me stable 780 k/hash
