Check https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bithumb/ Steem price is USD 2.89 yet in Upbit https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/upbit/ its 0.824

How can this still exist?

The volume and the liquidity on both exchanges might be accounted for this arbitrage opportunity. I have personally discovered a lot of arbs in these exchanges but is not a sustainable strategy because sooner or later the prices will even and become one.
