Then there will be two possibilities : people will find a close competitors, or people will be interested with shivom and start to dig deeper.  You are basically just promoting this project and your words are just bait. This project might have no close competitor but there are few medical projects aim to serve their patients online and work with their disease data.

Are you sure that this topic can help promotion of the project? I think it cannot. At least, it will be very inefficient.
I have a very different purpose, I'm looking for small cap projects to invest in long term. This topic is a part of my search. I wanted to discuss in this topic not Shivom, but other projects.
But unfortunately, discuss almost nothing, because what I found isnt worth the attention (in my opinion). For example, http://genecoin.science
looks similar, but it doesnt inspire confidence and so on.

Wow, it's really cool that they have no competitors, but I think the real question would be, is it worth it for their to be a competition and how relevant is this project to the members of the Crypto community, remember this is the Crypto space with is a free market, if a coin/project don't have competitors, then it's either that project is not really relevant to the members of the Crypto community or no one really know about the project.
