What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.

I am actually friends with sleep. I usually sleep at 8pm-3am but I still doze off in the afternoon. But at least I get to cook and prepare my lunch early in the morning.

I usually sleep between 9pm and 6.30am and if I don't get at least that much sleep, I am not a nice person!

Since working with computers all day, sleep is very important to me. I spend about 10 hours sleeping and noon around 1 hour. That helped me get the spirit to continue working.

I spend 12 hours a day sleeping. If your sleep is erratic, or you don't want it, there are ways to set your sleep time right. In many cases, planning work before bedtime, adjusting daytime habits and forming a sense of specific sleep needs will help. Just a little bit, you can sleep more easily, get enough sleep and wake up.

I actually have a good relationship with sleep. I sleep for 6-8 hours straight every night. I don't feel the need to sleep in the afternoon. If I need to adjust my sleeping schedule I usually take melatonin  Wink Hope that helps!

Adjusting Sleeping Hours Properly You Need to Review Your Sleep Needs Adjustment Routine. You should avoid stimulants or drowsiness when trying to adjust your sleep.

Lately, my sleep relationship is not very good. Because I sleep too much! This is time-consuming. I can not overcome the habit of a lot of sleep. I need at least 10 hours a day. Ideally, I would like to sleep 8 hours.

I have always been difficult to nap if I am not in a condition very tired, but when I am very tired of doing other activities, nap it was very easy for me. And the most important thing is that I sometimes sleep around 10 pm - 4/5 am

Love this question. Sleep and I have a love-hate relationship. I can't find sleep when I need it, and when I don't need it (when I'm at work), suddenly, the devil comes up and lures me in.

Trying to work on that right now since I recently saw the big difference between my normal sleeping schedule and the "right" one. I used to go to bed around 3pm and sleep around 6-7 hours. Now I`m strickly sleeping from 11 to 7:30 and I feel greate.

Unfortunately, I only get about 7 hours of sleep. Not because my schedule is so tight, but because I`m a lazy dude who plays computer and do other worthless stuff.

On my line of work, we usually get around 2-3 hours of sleep during our 24 hour duty. We usually make up for the lack of sleep the following day and would usually last 7-10 hours, depending on the workload we had the previous day.
