I rarely visit on this forum and is only done mostly at night since I have a job during day time. If I do not check things here, I usually sleep for about 6 hours but if I do, 3 - 4 hours only.  Grin

I get 5 to 6 hours of sleep but a human body needs 8 hours of sleep.

After a long day of activity, everyone is tired or lacking in concentration and if you don't get enough sleep you will have a lot of trouble the next day and most likely will suffer from chronic diseases. I sleep 9 hours a day. And you?

I would like to if I need to, but otherwise I've got other more important things to do instead.

I like dozing very much, but can't afford it. Women need 8-9 hours for sleep, men-7-8.

I sleep for about 6 hours or so, and that is already enough for me. I still nap in the afternoon if I get sleepy. It depends on the day's activity.

What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.

Sometimes good and sometimes bad. Depending on the workload I have. But for me, 6 hours is enough. I normally doze in the afternoon to recharge. Adjust your working hours in the morning, so you can rest and sleep early.

I sleep very little. About 4-6 hours every day.
Because I'm at school.
But when I come home, I sleep for 15 hours

Recently, probably because of the autumn period, my sleep is very bad. I cannot fall asleep until morning and then wake up to go to work, and then all day I feel like a squeezed lemon.

I sleep 7 hours a day, and it helps me not sleep in the afternoon. I advise you to never go to bed when your stomach is empty because being hungry can affect the quality of sleep. Before going to bed, eat some snacks such as bread, breakfast, milk ... can help you fall asleep.

I love sleep, but like any good thing, I don't let myself have too much of it. If I slept 10+ hours every day, insomnia would subdue me. But, I also need it - if I get less than 6 hours of sleep for an extended period, I start to go loopy. So, 6-8 hours of sleep every night, plus little siestas every now and then.

I'm lucky if I get at least 6 hours of sleep. I find it hard to sleep so most of the time I have a beer after working.

Sleep must be healthy, our condition during the day depends on how we sleep. For me it does not matter what time I fall asleep, for me it is only important that no one wakes me up in the morning.
