Sleep is certainly not a friend of mine, at least at the moment. I usually manage to get 3-4 hours of sleep at night despite of going to bed quite early for 2-3 days, and crash on 4th day for like 10-11 hours, which is  obviously not the healthiest sleep schedule possible. Guess gotta take the exercise game more seriously Cheesy

I just listen to my body. Sleep when I'm tired.  I only get 5-6 hours of sleep at night.
I feel hot all day long. Although I do not do much.
But I sleep for long periods.
They told me that sleep greatly overwhelms the body.

I am like this. I somehow can't sleep at night even though I had lacked some hrs of sleep the day before and the room must be totally quiet for me to doze off, and then I wake up at the middle of my sleep to pee, and have to doze off again.

Of course, sleep has to do with human success. Sleep eliminates physical exhaustion and keeps the mind clear. All people need sleep as needed. Extra sleep should be avoided. Don't want to raise too much in one word - One of the main reasons for a student's success is to study at night and get enough sleep.

The sleep of the night is like a thirsty prayer for our exhausted brain all day. However, in keeping with the advancement of civilization, our brains are quite united with chatter lately.

Before going to bed, do something that will relax your body and mind. You have to do this every day, so that your body and brain know that it's time to sleep. It could be anything. Such as bathing in a hot water, meditating or meditating, talking to your spouse, writing a diary, reading a book, or listening to music by dimming light.

I rarely sleep I don't think of my friends I do not sleep all day long so if I am busy at work sleep is too low. At night I sleep for 3 to 4 hours I wake up very early in the morning and I get to work.

Hmmm, my relationship with sleep is kind of bipolar lol. It's like there are days when I don't sleep much and sleep once per two days and there are days when I sleep like a koala like all time. It also depends on seasons. In summer I am much active while in winter I hibernate Tongue

What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.

Now I dont really got a great sleeping pttern. I work 1am-9am, then 9am-1pm, then 2pm-6pm. So, I only usually get sleep from 7pm-12am. 5 hours of sleep everyday. But of course, I get to have good sleep during the weekend!

my relationship with sleep is a necessity of life, because sleep is a necessity for every body. I sleep 8 hours a day. I sleep at night for 6 hours and take a nap for 2 hours.

I love sleeping but I don't want to sleep a lot of time in order not to lose my day.
Usually I try to take a nap on afternoon because this makes me feel more refreshed and have more energy till the end of the day.

I just listen to my body. Sleep when I'm tired.  I only get 5-6 hours of sleep at night.
I at least try to have 8 hours sleep a day but of course with many obligations in life i only get 5-6 hours also but enough since i am not that young anymore.
I love so much sleep long time at least night 8 hours and in day afternoon 1 more hour. It's to much bad habit to me because sleep is better for your health but don't expect long time. Actually sleep, jog , working everyday indeed our life if you want greatfull life without problems.

enough sleep 5-6 hours is enough to make the body stay healthy and can make the body comfortable I hardly slept in the afternoon as do activities in sports to keep healthy and protected from disease afternoon can also make the body fit.

Recently, I go to bed late and get up the same way. This is not correct, since only in a state of sleep at certain hours (from 10 pm to 3 am) melatonin is produced, which is responsible for a lot of things in our lives.

I have no problem with sleep, it is just my sleeping pattern is not normal. During this quarantine, my body clock has been ruined. Yes, I have enough hours of sleep but the problem is I'm a nocturnal and I sleep during the day. This is a bad habit thats why I'm thinking to change and adjust it by slowly repairing my body clock. I will sleep early at night and avoid taking afternoon nap. I will also avoid taking caffeine or eating chocolate late in a day so that I can easily fall asleep in the evening.
