I have no problem with sleep, it is just my sleeping pattern is not normal. During this quarantine, my body clock has been ruined. Yes, I have enough hours of sleep but the problem is I'm a nocturnal and I sleep during the day. This is a bad habit thats why I'm thinking to change and adjust it by slowly repairing my body clock. I will sleep early at night and avoid taking afternoon nap. I will also avoid taking caffeine or eating chocolate late in a day so that I can easily fall asleep in the evening.
It is not very healthy to sleep during the day. You are not getting the best quality of sleep during the day as there are a lot of noises and light which are not helpful when sleeping.

What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.
My relationship with sleep is quite complicated. Technically, I love to sleep when I'm tired of course. But the problem is, I don't want to sleep when I actually need to do a lot of things and this is where it becomes complicated. Basically, it's hard for me to basically sleep on a daily basis during the weekdays when I have work. And I usually must be very tired in order for me to possibly get to sleep faster instead. Otherwise, it'll be a long day for me until the weekend in order for me to catch up on those Zzzz's later.

I think sleep has something to do with success, but that's enough. Sleep is one of the things that is needed for a healthy brain, beautiful mind, beautiful thoughts, beautiful health and many other things that play an important role in success.

More often than not, sleep always just pass me by. I usually sleep around 4-6 hours a day during weekdays, and around 8-10 hours a day during weekends. Everything still depends on my daily work schedule, of course. Also, a quick power nap will always help re-charge you on a daily basis when you can't seem to have enough time to sleep.

Sleep 8 hours per day is good. But if you can get quality time to sleep, no matter if you are only sleeping for 30 minutes, that will make your body can feel better than to sleep for a long time. But it is not easy to get the quality time to sleep because that moment will not always come to us, and usually, it will come by coincidence.

On my line of work, we usually get around 2-3 hours of sleep during our 24 hour duty. We usually make up for the lack of sleep the following day and would usually last 7-10 hours, depending on the workload we had the previous day.
Let me guess, medical or military? That must suck dude, being so sleep deprived all the time and having to maintain your performance. Wishing you all the best
