Language differences is a big deal with this kind of reports.

This is not spam - these are messages in the Miscellaneous section. It discusses everything from flat ground to the harm of sugar. They do not break any rules of this branch.

That’s subjective.

If you’re 100% sure of farm accounts then reporting to the local moderator is still a way to do, unless you have solid proof of connectivity.

I don't think that it really matters "what good" they are for the people farming them, but rather how devastating they are for "real" users/visitors of said bots.

No one is going to bother reading those spammy topics. (I know i wouldn't). Longterm these accounts are really going to kill any organic discussion on said boards.

For all the time he hasn`t received a single merit, but distributed smerits to everyone in a row for useless one-line posts mainly in the Russian branch. I think that he and all those account farmers, whom he “awarded” with his smerit, deserve a ban, since this is a brutal violation of forum rules and a manifestation of absolute disrespect for the existing bitcointalk system.

Well that can't be coincidence. Maybe it is time to change some comments in feedback for few accounts which I obviously forget to do(3x2, pinkman, chivasregal, admiral, snakey etc), which are all connected to known scammer.

How to deal with this?

There are several solutions, report them to moderator, do this or ask theymos to increase merit requirement for junior member, more moderators, newbie jail...
