CLOUDBET betting site

Stay away from Cloudbet. They are doing their best to rip me off. In their site its clearly indicated that all payouts are processed within a 24 hours time frame. I have done the mistake to place a big bet and win. 30 Hours have passed and still my transaction is pending. I have contacted them like 5 times and all i get from them are generic answers.
I have no doubt in my mind that this is intentional since other times where the amounts were small transactions were processed within minutes.
