Livecoin withdrawing problem

I am facing problems in withdrawing from livecoin. wallets for most of the coins are offline on this exchange i had some coins on this exchange but the wallet for the coins was offline so i decided to withdraw my funds in the forms of btc but the status showing is "in progress" its been about 3 hours i didn't recived any email for outgoing transaction :-/  anyone else facing the same problem

have you contacted the support team? what are their responses.

livecoin is rarely a problem like this. maybe you're just unlucky bro

livecoin is rarely a problem like this. maybe you're just unlucky bro

my transaction went through last night while i was sleeping.. though it was unusual and i am not going to use this exchange again
