Blender.io is a mixer, and a mixer is not a web wallet. It is what it is=> a mixer. The vulnerabilities you're thinking about with a web wallet don't exist with a mixer. Mainly because there is no account that you can create.

As for your question with a Tor version, it's written with big red letters in the original post
