I agree with the first point so much. It is a really big problem that has an effect on the common increasing of thissphere of crypto. But I am sure it won't die.

If you play on gambling websites with provably fair the "blockchain games" works out because that is a way you can actually trust a casino works properly and how you can trust it easily without worrying about if you could or not. However, if you are going to play something that says "play this game and earn bitcoin at the same time" you are probably going into something that will eventually scam you for sure.

There has been too many times when people just played a game and made money enough to withdraw and the system told them "send x amount to withdraw for miner fee" and when you send that money you suddenly get either banned from the game or lose all your money and can't withdraw. Unfortunately for a while during 2016 it was quite common and even today there are some of them exist today.

I am not sure about it. This combination of blockchain and games promises to be very nice for the future because its potential is larger than eahc of them has.

probably you are right. that is what catches me in blockchain games. it's fun but also you can earn crypto

it is also because these aren't actually considered "games" in this day and age. in fact this type of games belong to at least 10 years ago when people weren't playing all these high definition games with qualities that make your head ring!
these ETH games are more like something you play around with if you are a gambler and have some tokens to throw away for a while and they get boring real quick.

I think they are all scammers. This is a common fraudulent game. To do this, I advise you to go to the forums and read about them.

People would play blockchain games if they were fun and if they let you earn a significant amount of money. In fact they would probably get an audience if they did only one of those things well. From my limited experience playing blockchain games I have found that they do neither. Maybe someone else has found a game that is fun or lets you earn a decent amount by playing, I would be happy to hear about it, but so far I have yet to find one.

It's a hoax, like when playing in a casino, the casino always wins and you always lose. I don't play and you do not advise if there is anyone out there making money, well I'm very happy for them.

gambling and blockchain games are different. gambling is just your luck and they are not actual games. and games just game - you should play and develop your skills

I had played some blockchain games, honestly, it does not only let you spend money, but some also requires a huge amount of time.  Like some blockchain game that requires you to buy some stuff, level it up, and breed them.  Almost all action either requires eth since we need to pay for the gas for the transaction, or wait for a certain amount of time to wait for that action's cool down.  I guess it is just a  waste all in all since we are only getting virtual items which is "recorded" on the blockchain as what the game stated.  It will only become cash if someone is interested to buy it since there is no direct conversion from item to ETH in that game

it depends on the game you play. it seems like crypto kitties is a useless game but some people earned a lot playing it

In 2018 we see a lot of information about blockchain games around Internet. Some people say it’s a good way to earn, other people say such games are fun and nice to play. However, blockchain games are not that popular as you may think. For 99% you don’t play them, because:

1) Not all crypto owners have Ether;
2) Not all Ether owners have MetaMask;
3) All crypto games are pay-to-play;
4) All existing crypto games are corny;
5) People don’t play them. They earn money;
6) Blockchain games are not interesting to play;
7) Existing blockchain solutions including Ethereum can support only basic game mechanics.

The reason why I made this list is not because I hate blockchain games. I play them, actually. You can really make profit.

I made this post because I want to pay your attention. You have to be careful trying something new. You need to weight the pros and cons.
Don’t fall for these blockchain developers sweet words. Remember that they are not trying to change this world. They want to profit.

those game are not interested enough to me. A game must be interesting enough for people to play, else it wont be call a game, no matter how much money they offer.

I am not a gambling person, so I do not play games, but I noticed that now it is very popular. I prefer bounty and trade.

I don't play games like that because I think it's a commonplace divorce. You of course can earn, but I believe that this wastes his time and better spend its time more correctly.

I have one reason and I don't need any more. I don't play games at all. No matter blockchain, online, RPG... Games are a waste of precious time for me. I will spend this time better on a book, at work or for a walk with my family

You have done a good job by listing this 7 point's out in your opinion and I'm sure you know there are several once opinion about this out there. At first the time is different. Though I don't play blockchain games. Games have more risky because this is where the main Cryptocurrency gambling lies and I do much of trading and bounty projects.

this is very simple. You must know that playing games is not related to the blockchain. The most important thing is the sense of gaming experience. Blockchain is just a carrier or a new way, but it doesn't change the appeal of the game. Perhaps the collision between the game and the blockchain is still in its early stages, and there will be a dark horse in the future. For example, blockchain games like Jedi Survival.
