Not too big Monero mining pool for decentralization

We need to decentralize Monero mining to make the currency more reliable. I don't know the ratio of people who just want to make money and people trying to contribute to the network, but I think small pools are helping a little for decentralization.  Anybody interested in mining at small mining pools? And anybody want to join?
