Brief update. Email server has been upgraded to cope with registrations - if you were unable to register with us via the site yesterday please do so again now, apologies. Traffic exceeded expectation. Also, there have been many emails selling marketing, promotion and paid comments on here. There will be no paid comments, no paying for ICO sites. It is not the way of things with Bitcoin II.

Many emails have been received since original announcement almost two weeks ago. Timetable is unchanged. 11/11 for details. 12/12/ for initial seeding distribution. 01/01 full launch.

Email registration now open for 'Day Zero' access to the initial Coin Seeding Distribution (CSD), which starts at 00:00 UTC 12/12/18. This 24 hour period will issue coins at a higher rate.


After that period, for those who haven't pre-registered, there will be up to 12 days of normal CSD rates (from 00:00 UTC 13/12/18 to 23:59 UTC 24/12/18) or until all 2,1000,000 BCII coins are issued (10% of total supply), whichever is sooner. More details on the website.



Further information will be provided over the coming weeks as we approach the initial CSD, and regular updates will be sent to those who have registered. I sent them an email asking about the coin seeding next month and was told it is expected to be completed on what they call day zero so that's the 12th december I think. means only those who register will get them. after that will be either mining or trading at launch in january which in practice means buying as the mining diff will escalate beyond most of us straightaway imo. Also asked about the amounts being distributed to those who register and was told the newsletter this week or next week will clarify all that.

with the parent coin tanking I cant wait to 'redistribute' my holdings into this!

23rd November Update:

The initial Coin Seeding Distribution is now oversubscribed, so we will not be registering further members for the Day Zero issuance on 12/12.

If by any chance there are still some available by the 13th then you will be notified via this channel. But failing that then you would need to obtain after the full launch on 01/01.

Thank you for your patience. Bitcoin II has been inundated with registrants since the sharp market corrections started. The release schedule is unaltered.

All registrants will receive final details of the initial CSD along with allocations early next week.

All those who pre-registered via the website will have now received further details regarding the Initial CSD, which starts for pre-registrants on 12/12.

Registration is now closed, but the public will be able to obtain BCII coins from the 13th December in the unlikely even there are still some available. If this is not the case then coins can be mined or purchased at retail levels after the full launch 01/01/2019

Got the info on the coin distribution today and planning on converting most of my rapidly devaluing BTC into this. Sooner the better, probably be worth half again by time 12th December comes round
