This year we have witnessed many scams projects that we have invest in more than others years. I think scamming activities is high this year more than others years and I will like to find out the way out of this. Are we going to find solutions for this by developing more security projects? I think we can kick scammers from icos market and if we can not do this governments should come in and help this market.
I think we don't need governments to help us with cryptomarket. If governments come you won't be able to take part in ICO because it will be only for accredited investors as in IPO. Governments pretend that they want to save us but really they make everything for reach people get reacher, ordinary people stay ordinary.

Scam in my opinion is easy to know. Before you buy an ICO, you should look at the Project's roadmap, the manager who is experienced in the success of the ICO, and the Advisor who helped the project succeed. Be sure if a project that has a better goal will create a successful ICO. Successful ICOs depend on quality projects in the future. If you have continued to get a project scam, be patient for that and as learning.

I hope there will be no more scams in projects they promote in order not to being tired those participants who make effort and spend time. But I think we can't judge because this site is decentralized investment and no one who controlled.

In order to prevent from getting scammed there is no legit system to prevent that for the users and so those who are planning to invest in ICO's have to be cautious. By taking certain steps like looking in-depth into the project, what they offer is possible or not, the information regarding their team is up for review or not and overall researching on the matter to make sure you're investing into a real legit project and not falling victim to some scam. Hopefully there will be security measures in the future that helps new users not falling into scams but for now we have to be careful.

There is nothing to do unfortunately, this is a free market in which anyone can create a project out of nowhere and change the world, just look at satoshi, and we need that freedom so people can produce those kind of results, also government intervention will not make sense or any good, did you not notice that forcing people to go through KYC increased the risk for investors and did not decreased it? That was done on purpose.

This is really getting out of hands as we have witnessed lot of scam project and some even in the ico process made alot of funds but still not embark on the project and ran away with investors money while the bounty Hunter also wasted their time in promoting the project and get nothing at the end , this is more reason we need government regulation in other to make crypto save but many think government are the enemy of the crypto but in another view are only trying to protect the citizen from being scammed.

If you are in a scam project there are really not much you can do about them. It is definitely impossible to comeback from something if you are already in it and we can only try to get out as much as we can no matter what.
For example, even tho it is not the coin itself back when nano didn't change its name I was using bitgrail and they blocked everyone from getting their money out of it, I had some nano there and I was trying to get my coins out and the only option was to turn them into bitcoin and cash out directly with bitcoin, which I did but at that time it was already worth 70% of what I paid so I lost that 30% never to see again but at least I still kept 70% of my investment.
Same with other scam projects as well, you try to get out as much as you can and just move on, there is no other way of surviving scam projects.

The government may not come out to help us regulate this market, because only a very small number of countries accept crypto and legalize it. In most parts of the world, we are not legal in the crypto industry.

there are many scammers because they can easily get away with it. scammers are smart but they lazy people that only want easy money. we can't stop them because they can still find a way to scam people. they will only stop if there is no more to scam. and usually that get scam are new to crypto and don't know the real danger in it.

Lots of scam projects are a real proof that cryptocurrency are getting the attention that it needs though I pity those people who fall for a scam projects. If Gov't will come in then I think it will be much better for investors cause they will have assurance that the one behind one project will think twice before doing that scam thing cause the Gov't should know who are the real founders of the group.
Its true, many scam project in market makes many peoples have negative thinking about cryptocurrency. But i think if government regulating cryptocurrency market, it will reducing scam project

But i think if government regulating cryptocurrency market, it will reducing scam project I believe that every investors already know the risk in every investment made at the ICO because in the first place crypto is a decentralized system and no one hold control for security purposes and this year I also observed that there are many scam ICO spreading, what I think is that maybe its good that there is a controller in every project so that there is no more scam project penetrate in a crypto market.

Just ignore and stop supporting them! I see so many bounty hunters who are ready to repost everything and participate in every bounty that is posted here, and as a result we get Facebook and Twitter profiles of scam projects with boosted likes by bounty hunters. Someone who's new to crypto may bump into these pages and think that they have a real audience that actually supports the project and invests in it. Please, DYOR before joining bounties, don't support bad asses.

I agree that fraud is a big problem for the market, need more details to investigate new projects, make them accountable to their investors and to conduct their business open to all, to specify its real address of offices, to carry out all possible checks. That's when the ICO market returns, it is even possible we will see a huge new wave of growth.

Projects scammers have always been present in this market, and this fact is really not happy, but all we can do at the moment is to learn to distinguish such projects, through careful analysis and research. At the moment, it is not a good time to invest and we better wait for the market to recover.

If we can only report them to the concerned institution, then maybe we can have a very good investment environment where we don't have to worry about our money anymore as we can send them behind bars whenever they will scam us. But since that's close to none, all we have to do is to be more vigilant at all times.

The fact that project more fraud on the rise in the current year if compared with last year. And of course, there have been many people who experience a loss of time and money being wasted. There should be a team that does the checking of new projects. And this kind of thing can be done naturally the scammers can be reduced.

Indeed, there are many fraudulent projects at the moment, and many have done research, then entered in a complaint thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0. But indeed fraudsters are more astute, so they succeed before they are discovered and maybe when they are walking a few months. To overcome this we must be more vigilant and more careful.

You need to make sure that you only invest in projects that are legit, it's easy to get tricked but as a bounty hunter you need to think well before joining some projects

Until cryptography is legalized, scammers will use every moment to enrich themselves. No one is immune from them. It remains to hope for a change in the situation.
