We have planned to create a new multi-vendor marketplace website where anyone can buy/sell services or products with bitcoin using escrow. Some of the features would be

Multi-Vendor
Add/Edit Product / Service
Level based on sales
Escrow
Report Scammer
Messenger System for sale or contact (Chat)

Any advice?

Oh man, There's already lots of that. If there's no twist that is different from the others, you'll just be adding this to their lump of clones. Think of something different that can be your "selling point". After that hire a marketing team and start promoting. Some servicess/products are great and had potential but you can't really utilize it without doing a proper promotion.

There are so many of that already, but if you think you should then you can go ahead. Moreover one person can’t have a business all to them self, there will always be a competition, so if you’re the right competition you can go ahead. Another thing I have to say is that things like this takes patience and be ready to spend a lot of money cause things won’t start working out immediately.

It will take long before people recognize you and start using your services, but just continue the good and make them see reasons why they should leave others and come for you.

Most website nowadays uses the same kind of system, whether it's Bitcoin or not, the most important thing is that the reliability of your website to escrow. As of the moment, many website is already popular and reliable, If you think that your website will stand out, think of something new to the system which will encourage people to view or to use your website.

One of my advice is to look for a well-known advisor and project ambassador so people will be encouraged to view your website.
