Hello everyone,

I have a local wallet in electrum.

https://prnt.sc/l8fqrw

As you can see in the picture, i have 0 balance but you can see the unconfirmed balance. My question is: I tried to maximize the fee and tried to send but it did not happen due to an error.
And this error is:

https://prnt.sc/l8fqk3

I want to use this wallet but how can i manage to do that?

How can make it to confirmed from unconfirmed?

In the wallet, the adress hasn't shown on blockchain.

I haven't looked at the photos because I don't want to click an unknown domain link however I am assuming someone sent you some funds into your wallet. If so you had no control over the fee that they used and you will need to wait until it confirms. Not much you can do on your end. As long as the fee is >1 sat/byte it should eventually confirm even if it takes a few hours.

This is a good website and will show you when your transaction should confirm based on your transaction fee.

Right click on the transaction in the history tab where it says 'local' and click on remove from the menu that appears. Then try to create a new transaction again via the send tab.

As for the unconfirmed transaction if it shows up on the history tab you can increase the fee. Note that you don't have to do this if you intend to spend these coins straight away. Spending these coins will confirm the parent unconfirmed transaction as well.

If electrum won't let you spend coins from an unconfirmed transaction go to tools menu  > transactions tab and uncheck spend only confirmed coins.

The reason you can't lookup addresses on the blockchain is because most block explorers don't support bc1 addresses yet. smartbit.com.au is one that does

The error message containing Missing inputs (from your 2nd screenshot) indicates that the inputs the transaction is trying to use are not available. They do not exist.

This, together with your statement:

It is not my wallet, i just got it from an anonmyous for me.

leads me to the conclusion that you have been scammed.

Never, ever let anyone else create a wallet for you. Everything a wallet does is to manage your private-/public- keys.
Anyone who knows the private keys (or the seed which is used to derive the private keys) can spend/access your bitcoins.

Could you please explain why and how someone else created a wallet for you ? Did he 'sell' bitcoins to you this way ?
I hope you didn't lose too much money.

I do have the same suspicion either someone do create a wallet for him offering to put up some balance on it and asking for a specified amount or offer for those
coins. Correct me if I'm wrong I have seen on the screenshots about that 177k coin transfer and with that alone its too hard to believe.

Unfortunately, all heads to a scam that the OP has fallen. It's a local transaction that appears on the screenshot, showing that whooping amount of 177k BTC. Mostly likely, the scammer showed that wallet, with the saved transaction, and asked for money, for it.

I may be completely wrong, in these points (which would be hopefully the best for the OP), but how come someone would send this amount in BTC to a wallet and sell it. That alone would be a big red alert. Hope if that was indeed the case, the OP didn't lose too much money on this.

They basically have a wallet file that has had an inbound transaction added in to the wallet file (Electrum stores inbound/outbound transactions in the wallet file itself).

It sounds like an old trick that did the rounds several years ago with "doctored" Bitcoin Core wallets showing large BTC balances and scammers selling the wallet file to greedy suckers looking for a quick buck... only now they're using an Electrum wallet.
