I wouldn't put much faith in ANACS grades.  They have been super inconsistent over the years and some coins have been submitted multiple times just to get a higher grade out of ANACS.  I have MS64 coins that are better strikes than MS68+.

I recommend you find coins you like in a condition that you are good with and don't pay too much of a premium just because it won the ANACS lottery.  Something that might be useful for you is when it was graded.  If it was graded years ago but got a low grade it might actually be in better condition than the grade suggests.  The older graded coins came in a yellow slab and this is mainly where my experience lies.
