Bitcoin Vs Real Estate

Many people believe real estate business is more profitable than investing bitcoin so they shift focus to investing in real estate business. I think bitcoin is more profitable especially in a time like this that the price is down you can buy in large quantities and sell when the price is up but real estate needs lot of capital. What do you think?

many people that get a house via a mortgage can put money in for decades but never actually own the property until the final payment. this means many things
1. if they miss a few payments they lose the house and dont get anything back
2. the interest added means a $200k house is not $200k  but requires handing over more than 200k, and a hope that inflation surpass the interest added
3. other costs get added like home insurance, and other protections. aswell as maintenance costs..

think about it. having a house for 20 years you end up having to replace boilers, update/modernise the kitchen, re-slate the roof. on going lawn maintenance. and also the outside paint/decorating to hide natures ware and tear on the property

bitcoin doesnt have these hidden extra's. once you buy a bit of a coin that bit is yours. no on-going costs.
so any fiat inflation or asset deflation gives your asset(coin) instant profit

I would go with bitcoin. Real estate can represent any conventional investment venture, which is centralized, with lots of paperwork and sometimes legal agreements.
Bitcoin is decentralized and you are in total control of what you own from the point of completion of the transaction.

saying bitcoin is better or real estate is better is idiotic because they are not comparable.

first of all the market is not the same in all areas and not the same in all countries. in some countries and in some areas you can find real estate that is such a good investment that you can make a lot of profit from. for instance i know of an area close to where i live which grow in popularity and the real estate value has more than doubled there in less than 6 months. unfortunately i did not have any money at the time otherwise i would have invested.

secondly bitcoin is a new technology and that means two things: high profit and high risk. it is not all rises and always profits. there is also risks with that high profit and that is a risk that may not be available in many other markets. at least not as high.

No ; bitcoin and real estate are two different entities. their nature is completely different.  
e.g. Bitcoin is if $7 k at one time it is universal price; but the value of real estate is not the same in the same city but also not in the same street.  In one city one colony land may be selling at $20 per square meter with huge demand but in some other colony of the same city may be having very lesser demand @ $7-10 k.
second major difference is their liquidity.  Bitcoin can be sold within moments but it may take weeks to months selling your house property due to different reasons like your price demand.
Utility; bitcoin can be used as currency but we can not make our home over bitcoin.  For this we have to buy some piece of land.
You can live without bitcoin but not without some estate to live in i.e. house.

So the value of both differs and both are better at different times and  for different utilities but they can not be compared due their differences.

Real estate can also give high profits but depends on locality and other reasons.  Risk of losing in bitcoin is higher but  in real estate it is lesser.   "higher the risk higher the profit; and lower the risk lower the profit"

I think it’s important to have both, I am majorly bullish about bitcoin and HODL a nice stash of coins but I’m not stupid enough to not have a mortgage just incase bitcoin fails (I don’t think it will but you have to be prepared).
I have one house & one apartment, the latter I rent out. It’d be pretty dumb to not have a house if you can afford it & rely 100% on bitcoin.

Bitcoin and real estate can be comparable only that they are now 2 avenues for investing.
There are a lot of people making a lot of profit from real estate and there are also people
making good profits from crypto but like everything these people know what they are doing.
I wouldnt suggest limiting an investment to either of these, if possible we could get involved

It's hard to compare the two because they are nothing alike, except that they are investments.

For Real Estate, it is the property whether it is a building, house, rights on particular land, etc. You could earn money just by purchasing a piece of land or property then reselling it for a higher price. The inflation could easily increase it, or the location itself could improve its price.
For Bitcoin, it's a currency which is decentralized and HODL by many. The price of it is based on the demand in the global market. The volatility itself could be taken advantaged of to profit from.

In the end, we all want to profit from what we do and what we invest in. It's just time that you should just get both the investments and not compare them. Just do your research and be open minded, stay updated with the current market.

If you analyze investments by the degree of risk - investments in real estate are very profitable.

Given this fact, most of the investors lean on real estate, but the profit from Bitcoin investments is much greater.

The positive aspects in real estate investments are the lack of constant monitoring of the market, i.e. this is a long investment.

Bitcoin and real estate company actually I am not finding any communication. Actually bitcoin is acting like a currency on the other hand you are getting a extra benifit to earn a lot. However you just can open a real estate company through this currency but a lot confusion here how the project could be construct.  Everything need to be decentralized either the project are waiting for you a huge losses.

In every investment, there is a possibitlity to get profit. Real Estate is a pure business, it isn't compare with Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a currency, just count it. Investment in Bitcoin can be more profitable, but it isn't sure but Real Estate business is maximum sure to profit.

Bitcoin is more profitable than real state because you can earn more profit even in a short period of time if you have enough knowledge in investing in cryptocurrency. But real state are more stable and secured than bitcoin because it is real ,i mean tangible asset and it is for long term investment.

I admit that real estate is better than cryptocurrency if in the next few years, because the need will definitely increase and the price will also be very fantastic. this is very different from crypto, because the fluctuations and volatiles of crypto are also uncertain

I think they both have a similar side. These two choices are not guaranteed in the future. But Bitcoin is just a new formation. We have a history for the real estate sector. I think Bitcoin has a little more potential.

definitely agree with you there it's better to invest in bitcoin or maybe on other crypto people thinks that investing in crypto is hard but if you just read and understand how it works it would be easy bitcoin has a great and easy profit if you know when and what to buy

Today maybe the bitcoin profit seems very low but in matematicly you can't loose with the bitcoin investment. If you search you can see that. Ofcourse the real estate business has very big market but if you go into that market you have to know the real estate business rules. For example i can't go that market, it would be very dangerous for me because i don't know anything about it. Every one should do the job what they really know..

Real estate investing market is a well established market when compared to bitcoin market and that is the reason most investors are leaving bitcoin because they are not willing to take risks but I think if you want to make real money the investor should able to take risk at least for some extend and bitcoin investment maybe seems much riskier than real estate business but it can give a return on investment that other investment options can never give
