Many people believe real estate business is more profitable than investing bitcoin so they shift focus to investing in real estate business. I think bitcoin is more profitable especially in a time like this that the price is down you can buy in large quantities and sell when the price is up but real estate needs lot of capital. What do you think?
Bitcoin is interesting because, as an investment tool, it is suitable for everyone. To do this, you do not need to have a large initial capital, compared with investments in real estate. But knowledge of the market should be anyway. |

You cannot compare real estate business with Bitcoin. Those who are doing so, should stay away from Cryptocurrency for their own good. As these individual do not have a single clue about Bitcoin and are considering it as buisness. Bitcoin is not a buisness, it is the future. It is an assest that will give you returns at a later stage, which nobody can gurantee when? On the other hand peple do business to earn money at a regular interval. It is better for you to stay away from Bitcoin, if you think it is a business where you can earn money at a regular interval. |

I think bitcoin and real.starte are have so many simillarities. Especially in term of investments. But I think in terms of long term investment real state is more powerful because all we know the stability status of real state are continously increasing especially the unit where in the cities or in highly urbanized city. But one of advantage of bitcoin is when you are have a great idea and strategy you can earn more than realstate in a very short term of your investment. In terms of security and risk we are more secured if we invest in real state and more risky in bitcoin investment.

Both are profitable.I think it depends on us to choose which is better.A lot of people much prefer doing investments in real state because it is the oldest and safest way to earn money unlike bitcoin that is more risky to invest because the value flactuates everyday. |

Having you own place rented is profitable. If I am going to invest in real estate I would pick a place somewhat nearby a university so that I can rent out room for the students. I will be a source of income for me while just staying at home. Crypto is profitable but then there would be a lot of waiting if you are not so good at trading, it requires more skills and time on the desktop.

in real estate business we can get profit same as in the bitcoin , but only difference is that in real estate u will get money instantly but in the bitcoin
it takes some time to get money but it will come in huge profit

every people have different perception. some people said that real estate is profitable than bitcoin, and vice versa.
if you know more about real estate, you will say that its more profitable than bitcoin. so, its depend on how much you know about what you hold on. but if you know about each other, you will say if each insvestment have own advantages. and which way is the best for you to put your money.

Every investment have their own advantage and disadvantage; Bitcoin - Advantage : Earn quick profit , can be use for global /daily transactio like fiat
- Disadvantage : volatile, risky investment type
Real Estate - Advantage : The most secure investment type
- Disadvantage :Not liquid, you need to wait if you want to earn "profit"
So it's depend on you whenever do you want to choose that based on your investment need |

Profitability of a real estate investment is determined by its location. If your real estate property is in a very good and in demand location, you can easily turn it around and make a profit. While bitcoin profitability lies on timing. Those who invested in bitcoin last December does not see it as very profitable, do they? |

Real Estate is more safe. Bitcoin is risky, but it's possible that, it rises several times in price.
When You buy a house, your house will always exist, you can always use that. It's something useful. Even the price doesn't rise, it doesn't matter. Because you are using that. But bitcoin is risky. As of now, It's only an investment. But its price might rise several times. You can buy bitcoin instead of a house. Next year, you might sell your bitcoin and buy a much bigger house in a better location.
Generally, It's very difficult to decide.

As my opinion there is no business or any other investment can give a return like a bitcoin or crypto market because of my experience some one investment in bitcoin in 2009 as 1000usd now they are be come a very rich as bitcoin Rate today so you can imagine how much they have get profits.

If you compare Bitcoin and real estate, then Bitcoin is a much more attractive asset because it allows not only to preserve its wealth but also to multiply it many times.
I also expect bitcoin price to rise and holders profitable more that Real Estate can. But we cannot be sure of that. Assume that some one has a big money and want to choose between a luxury house and bitcoin. I am sure most of the people will choose the house. |

Bitcoin is definitely more profitable than real estate BUT we can't deny the fact that real estate also still profits. Even though there's a lot of things that needs fixing on a house as time goes by, it still holds value and for some people, a real estate property is more important than bitcoin because they can pass it down to their kids someday.

For me, I would love to invest in both if possible. Both BTC and real estate increases in value over time some time in the future. A passive stream of steady income from real estate through renting out the property is the an advantage which makes it interesting to put my funds on. For BTC, its potential to replace the traditional currency system across the world upon mass adaption.
