When I received the Antminer Package I noticed a puncture on the box and the inside and outside were wet, many of the units were exposed so I touched base with the Manufacturer. Bitmain said to return all of them for a full replacement so that is what I did.
Whomever wants a refund please PM me the address to send the payment to and your Transaction ID from original payment. For those who can wait I will see what I can do to possibly get you an extra free if you ordered 10 or more originally.
I am really sorry to have you tied up waiting for these, I am disappointed as well.
Thank you for your patience and I hope you can forgive me.
For those who want to wait I should have the new package by the end of the week they said.
Thanks,

Very likely that I will buy 5-11 units, shipped to Ontario, Canada.
any idea what they overclock to? It seems like bitmain saw that everyone clocked 1.6->2.0GH on the U1, so they hopefully beefed up the voltage a bit on this to allow it clocking towards 2.4-2.6GH

thats the key if they did not swap out the resistor your max clock will be 2 or maybe 2.2 I have 20 of the old ones coming on sat. I want to see a new one clocked to 2.4 or 2.6 which means the resistor needs to be swapped and it means you need a good hub. It may turn out that the older model is better then the new one.

Thats true, you might not have enough amperage from most USB 2.0 ports to go far past 2GH. However, USB 3.0 ports should be capable of 5W (~2.8GH)

I haven't been able to test the new U2 yet, I don't think I have seen an anyone write about the OC limitations & advanced specs as far as i know. However I believe they will have same overclock potential as the U1, but less power hungry. Well that's what we all hope!

Is this USA only? What is the max hashrate you can get without using heat sinks?

will they overclock further or is the hardware limited by fixed voltage like the u1?

FYI I just got one today, after 20 minutes it gets to 2.06 Gh/s with clock=x0981, and it runs great with zero errors and zero rejects.
When I overclock to 0A18, which on the U1 is 2.2 Gh/s, after running for 20 minutes it only gets up to 2.12 Gh/s with 0 rejects and 5.41% error rate.
So, it seems like 2.0 Gh/s is the max you can expect with low error rate.
I haven't been able to find a user manual on the U2 yet however, and the clock parameters for overclocking may be totally different than what was used for the U1.
I have emailed Antmain about this but have not heard back yet.
Edited to add:
After 2 hours it's hashing at 2.063 Gh/s, with zero rejects and zero H/W errors.
Also, FYI my USB power is not an issue. I am getting my +5V from the molex connector of an ATX PSU at 32Amps.
