My account BeEvil (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1120675) was baned. "Perhaps" for plagiarism at the beginning of my participation in the forum, perhaps for self-copying. I know the rules that should follow, and probably the punishment is fair, but I ask the administrators to pay attention to the fact that I was more useful for the forum than 99% of the banned participants, contributing to the search for scammers (just check source of all recieved merits). I ask you to create a precedent in my face when a positive contribution to the forum was much more than a negative, and this has been taken into account (in any case, I think it's worth a try Cool).

P.S. Of course, in case of refusal, I am not going to create new accounts.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

I don't know. These word seemed to have been shared quite a bit.

It's very hard to find good ICO bounty campaign nowadays because most of the ICO I've seen is something that is already existing in terms of platform and functionality and they just want to compete with the existing market.

True, its very hard to find good ICO bounty campaign now a days because most of the ICO I've seen is something that is already existing in terms of platform and functionality and they just want to compete with the existing market. For me, a good ICO is unique in platform and functionality, has niche market and specially a good team that we can rely on. I always check this parameters before I join so that I can atleast guarantee profit for my efforts to advertise their ICO.

However, it appears that your post correctly made "now a days" one word. I must admit, I didn't look through your whole post history, though. Was this post originally yours? Is it a translation of one of your posts?

Originally, you said that your ban was “probably” due to plagiarism, however at the point at which you are banned are you not given a message with an explanation for why that is the case? Regardless, I’d say we have figured out that to be the case, and I have to say that plagiarism is no small charge. I wonder what you meant by “self-copy”, would you elaborate upon that please?

You’re asking for special treatment, which is unlikely to be the case. As far as I can tell, that is your entire appeal. If I were you, I would lock this thread until you have a better chance to reflect on the situation.

Unfortunately, for this type of ban, the message isn't clear. It just basically states the person has been banned from posting or sending PMs and gives no time frame (since it is permanent.) That's why Meta gets quite a few of these threads a day.
I'm also curious what "self-copy" means. If he has a bunch of alts and is using the same material for sig campaigns, that really isn't on the up and up, IMHO.

I was unaware of the message, or in this case, the lack of a message that accompanies each type of ban. Admittedly I am rather ignorant when it comes to that sort of thing. That answers the age old question of why this particular kind of ban leads to so many threads, you’d think it would be relatively easy to attach an explanation to these bans to save everyone some time and resources.

I have a feeling self-copy probably means something closer to cross-posting than what we are assuming. At least, as OP is using the term.

I can't make sure that 100% of your account is guilty, of course the monderator has the right to determine it?
But if you look at the rules below, at least you can reflect on what you are doing so that your account is blocked.

Incentivizing posting via low effort tasks (likes, follows, etc.) is NOT allowed.
[quote author=mprep
ncentivizing posting within one or several threads via low effort tasks (e.g. signups or proof of participation for liking, following, subscribing, retweeting, tweeting a single tweet, joining a channel or group, etc.) is not allowed as it falls under the "no altcoin giveaways" rule (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2103687.0):

[quote from: theymos
You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc.
Accepting signups or requiring proof of participation for tasks requiring substantial effort (e.g. signature campaign signups, weekly social media campaign reports, media (videos, images, articles, etc.) bounty signups, etc.) via a thread posted in Bounties (Altcoins) is allowed though.

EDIT: Obviously, participating in such giveaways is prohibited as well.
your posts do:

[retweeting, tweeting a single tweet]
[retweeting, tweeting a single tweet]
[retweeting, tweeting a single tweet]

[altcoin giveaways]
[altcoin giveaways]

This as information on the account can be a permanent prohibition, maybe for the future can be more professional when discussing or posting on the Bitcointalk Forum.

I ask you to create a precedent in my face when a positive contribution to the forum was much more than a negative, and this has been taken into account (in any case, I think it's worth a try Cool).

Busting a few alts doesn't give you a free pass to copy and paste. The only amendment to the copy and paste = permaban rule I would be ok with would be to remove a user's signature indefinitely or for x amount of time after a temp ban expires and they possibly only get it back if they've been actively contributing during that. Most probably won't bother though because I think people only care about the fact that they can't earn money from that account anymore so it not having a signature would still essentially be a 'ban' to them.

A+ for a heartbreaking appeal.

Still, a full year after registration  is hardly "beginning of [...] participation in the forum" and you've done copypasta multiple times so yes, the ban is fair.

Ok m8.

Regardless, I’d say we have figured out that to be the case, and I have to say that plagiarism is no small charge. I wonder what you meant by “self-copy”, would you elaborate upon that please?

Yep, ban message don't have an explanation of ban reason.
As “self-copy” I mean quote of my own posts.

I'm also curious what "self-copy" means. If he has a bunch of alts and is using the same material for sig campaigns, that really isn't on the up and up, IMHO.

I don't have alts. Also as you can see I don't participate at sig campaign, also if you check my posts, I don't participate in any campaign last month.

I don't bust any alts, I don't have alts here (except this one).

Ok gyus, I heard your opinion. But the fact is that I asked to pay attention to what I do for the forum (little bit). But it probably does not matter. Thank you for your opinions.
