Hi there, my name is Oleg and I'm developer from Ukraine
Until now I was working for BitGuild.com and have created ICO site and smart contracts for them
Then I was working on main portal, SDK and demo games for some time and after switched to create clone of MetaMask chrome plugin
so I have descent experience but not very deep of how ETH network works

Best of luck on the hunt also I recommend conducting some bounties on gitcoin whilst you search, Solidity bounties are always apparent for big projects such as Polymath, Aragon and other such projects.
