Yes you are right all POW are premined. We used the POW only for premining to provide coins to our app operators. The coin should be only POS now.
We are working with new and smart technologies so we desided to use POS.

Yes it does because YOU were the only one who mined the POW part (pre-mine). So when this coin went public it became POS only. Anyway already wasted enough time on this conversation.
