i tried to find out whether it is real or not on internet and looking for something from medias, but so far i see nothing.

As you know, now it is easy to draw or forge any paper, so the best proof of the doing work will be a decent result. In addition, negotiations with government officials always require a lot of time and some other opportunities, so I cannot move very quickly. Now we need the support of the community and attracting investors, the investments received will go into the development of the project. I i read your light paper and it doesn't really include any technical information on how you plan to implement solar mining.  I would think this would be 100 percent clear from your paper, and because it is not, i think you might be just a masternode coin.  I will keep coming back here to learn more about how you plan to approach your use case..... I don't think anyone should invest until you have made this very clear.
