This is one good reason why your thread is tagged as an attempt to beg for merits, just provide useful Info,we do not really care about Halloween

Sorry I dont care about the merit I make this to the people who keep complaining and sorry to my english.

This is obviously a thread designed by OP to earn merits--both links he provided are to posts he made in other threads.
If you don't care about merit, why do you open a topic in Meta?
Those who are complaining usually read Alt discussion and Off topic, so you would better to move your topic there you could get more visibility by your target audience...
Why I make a thread here in meta? because this section I see a lot of newbie complaining.

I am radically against corporal punishment, but after reading posts like OP's, I consider calling my principles into question.

How about a 1 merit fee for starting a thread. This would clean up Meta and most shitboards within a week, and the remaining megaspamthreads could be defeated with conventional weapons.

Not a realistic idea, but I love the intent behind it. There are high ranked users starting thread after thread in a blatant attempt to earn merit under the guise of trying to help the forum by improving discussion quality. It’s almost gotten worse than the spam with some users.

...
This might make it difficult to account recovery topics. But maybe it could just have two pinned posts where each user could put their information to get the account recovered. And another post to complain when their account was banned.
...
This has been mentioned already and I'm really fan of this idea.
This would help Meta to be more easy to read. Now every 2nd or 3rd topic is about locked/banned/hacked account...
There should be one topic for hacked accounts with signed message and one for the rest...

There should be one topic for hacked accounts with signed message

Only if theymos will either start recovering accounts, or assign someone else the necessary permissions to do so and designate them "Account Recovery Mod" or similar. If we are just going to continue to ignore them, then starting a stickied topic for account recovery only gives a false impression and false hope to those with hacked accounts.

We definitely need to clean Meta up from all the "Why was I banned" shitposts, though.

There is a lot of such people, they know that they break, and all the same continue to violate rules of a forum.
It is sure that such people need an account ban
