I am Native persian speaker and persian board seems like a dead forum , time to time back-link sellers came and leave a link , thats all of the story there.
Today I saw something Special.
some one copy pasted post from https://arzdigital.com/monero-fees-fall-to-almost-zero-after-bulletproofs-upgrade/ and got 10 merits from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=250494

I checked that legendary's profile and it seems he does it before with amount of 50 merits for one account with just 3 posts. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;u=2426342
I think his accounts Act like a virus here . all users related to this account should be checked by moderators.

به نظر من، با خیال راحت می‌توانیم بگوییم که هزینهٔ یک تراکنش عادی بیشتر از ۹۵ درصد کاهش خواهد یافت.
همچنین moneromooo خاطرنشان کرد که بسته به نوع تراکنشی که کاربر ایجاد می‌کند، هزینه تراکنش، امکان کاهش بیشتر را دارد.

If you want to report about merit selling then it needs to be in Reputation.But it looks like there is no hard evidence that he is selling those merits?!

Plagiarism is a 'no go area'. Therefore, if you notice such, you can help in your own way by reporting such post duly. There are few threads I have come across that deals with copy-paste posts as well as reporting in the right way as to reduce the forum getting crowded with topics of people trying to report issues like this.

Feel free to report plagiarism in this thread. But please make it easy on the moderators by checking modlog the next day (or a few days later) and edit your post when the account has been banned.

You post not belongs to Meta. Please move it on Reputation board from lower left. I noticed your mentioned account already tagged. There is no more higher punishment for merit abuse. As you said on your title, "sells merit" but you need strong evidence to prove it. If you can give strong evidence that he has sold merit, then admin could return it.

Regarding plagiarism you should report here, so mod will ban plagiarized account.
