This shows that we are very, very far from having truly decentralized exchanges. What we have are only companies with good marketing and slow platforms negotiating ER20.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

This is not first time New York ip addresses are banned for cryptos. I think some cloud mining site don't accept NY ips, as reason they mentioned laws there.
