Celes-Chain as the first global professional financial instituted Public Chain uses the consensus institution 3.0 for embracing supervision from the bottom and supports the communication of across chain and the authority of the side chain linked. Succeed in constructing and executing the decentralized exchanges on the public chains with all the nodes. The purpose of the ram's attenuation: against people who use the ram for a long time
The cycle of the ram's attenuation: the minimum of every 20 grids' attenuation with the 0.5% idle ram is 100
The scene of the ram's attenuation: When the user is working on the buy and sell rams, every time in the algorithm would be one times attenuation; when every grid is blocked, the ram's data of the user would be processing.
2. Finished the associated review problem's edition of the ram
The attenuation algorithm is changed to smooth curve algorithm to make sure that every point can have its own corresponding amount of attenuation.
The cycle of the attenuation cannot be calculated by times(with the possible residual) so that it is changed to the blockchain id.
Addicted the method of the attenuation to the provided method.
