It is very easy to find one of many bounty managers lists and choose the best solution. If you want the best quality service. But there is a different situation, many new projects, ICO starting without money, and they try to find cheap bounty management service. so there are people without experience offering their service low-cost/low-quality.
If they know what is bounty here, and they know they need them, then there is no problem finding a good manager.

There are lots of links or threads that do list about bounty managers but i would post the updated ones atleast https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5032713.0. I can attest on some bounty managers on the list are the best ones on this forum.They can handle or manage bounty campaign without any problems. Links are given or specified for you to contact on.
