So better not to try to accept any bets before your website is ready. Other thing is that you take too much from the pool which is 20%, are yiu serious about it? There are many other lottery games take lower amount from the pool but still unable to get good traffic. No one from this forum will play your game without a physical website, a contact details and a smart contract to ensure the integrity of the game. I agree with this. But even if the house edge was 1% I doubt anyone would send their ETH to the address shown in the OP. Why do you, royal_lottery, think other people, who want gamblers were playing on their site, spend so much on promotions? That is because they know well that otherwise it won't work. Your intentions may be good or bad, it doesn't matter. What does matter, though, is your ability to prove to the world that you actually pay to those who win. Do your own research on how other sites accomplish that task. But I can say to you in advance that without spending around $10k on various promos, you will hardly succeed.
