i try to search in this forum but don't have that cause my account have be banned.
if anyone is willing to explain to me why this happened I will be very grateful, then what else I have to do with my new account (visison)?

The ban is on you, the user, and applies to any account connected to you.
I would advise you go through the rules, but it's too late, you can only be a reader on the forum now.

Don't act like you don't do anything which is against the forum rule,most likely you are banned for plagiarism which maybe you did recently or few months back.If you want the proof wait for the staff to respond which thing you were plagiarized.
Can someone help me how to find the plagiarism,so next time there is no need to wait for the staff to respond.

Go through their post history, find ones that seem contrived, and Google fragments thereof. There is no other shortcut unless you're a moderator or happen to be the one who reported the user.

In this case  the user was posting on local boards most of the time,if he just copied the content from other language and translate it into his language by translator then how to find that.

That's a tough one, you basically need to reverse the translation and look for matches. Almost impossible to do without knowing both languages really well, and even then it's a very slow and tedious process.

I'm quite certain this one was banned for an English post but I don't have time to look for it right now.

Tough to find,  but instead of using google.com or your country specific google, try to use google native to that poster.
Sometime back I found well written post but a single point was written in russian in whole English post. That line make me believe that it is google translation of russian language. I did not get anything from google.com but when I searched in google.ru I got my results.

If you really sure that somebody cross-copied then you can do the following:
1. Find the native language of that user.
2. Google translate the user post in native language.
3. Search in local google (native language) for the translated native words.
4. Open the search result and translate back to English.
5. If poster content and translated content matched, you find a culprit to be nailed.

no one from my country said I only use google translate, if you don't understand my language it doesn't seem right.

I care about justice too, and I think it has been done here. I don't think I was being rude unless you think calling out bullshit is rude, but I'm just telling you of the rules here and why you were banned. You seem to be trying to wriggle out of the reasons for the ban and act like you didn't copy someone else's post when it's clear for everyone to see and that's what I'm calling bullshit on. I never said this forum was mine either, but I'm really not sure what you're disputing or trying to appeal here as it's a pretty open and shut case of plagiarism.

Just curious mate, what's the odds of he actually wrote that words? This is a very short sentence.
Nevertheless, maybe he was banned because of other reasons.
